Although you are within touching distance of the centre you will notice that the area is mainly families and residents and as such it is peaceful and relaxed.

– Pay your deposit (amount differs per property) this is returned automatically ~ 3-5 days post your stay
– The deposit is a hold placed on the card. This is removed once all is confirmed as ok with the property from our housekeeping team

Unfortunately if you refuse or do not complete the pre-stay check in we will be forced to cancel your booking. This process is to protect the property.

After the booking has been paid in full and deposit collected, you will receive a pre-arrival email hours before your arrival date which includes confirmation of the booking information, travel directions and how to access keys for the property.

This will request you to confirm your expected arrival time also.

The day before your stay you will receive the access codes within your guest guide email. This will also have further details such as Wi-Fi codes and more
